That new crayon smell...

It's another hot sweaty crazy humid day. It's enough to make you want to stick your head in a bucket. My experience with the jerk at the video gamestore led me to purchase the newest version of Mario Party. The game that I was trying to get secondhand. I am really happy with the new one, actually. I has a microphone which means that I can now often be found yelling weird things like "Run! Run! Run!," "Laser!," and "Roll it! Roll it! Roll it!" by myself in the appartment. What better way to spend a hot summer day?

I also bought a new box of Crayola Crayons. This may sound incredibly lame, but I LOVE new Crayons. They smell nice and they are so perfect when you have a brand new box. I got them because of this post on craftster:

I love this makeup pouch and apparently she did the colouring inside the embroidery totally in Crayola crayon which she then ironed into permanence. I am really eager to try this. Also, they now have a crayon colour called "macaroni and cheese" :D, but I do think they could be a bit more creative with "red violet," and "violet red."

At the moment I am sitting quietly in my Carebear tank top, eating Hello Panda cookies from the Asian grocery down the street and waiting desperately to here back from last week's job interview...still waiting... The suspense is killing me, but, on the plus side, I got my Sampler on Monday and it rocked. I will post pictures next time. I got Bert & Ernie Pez dispensers today :D, and Clarice Bean postcards, and I also ordered some really cool stuff from Sewingstars. I think I am a rabid consumer.

This weekend I am going to visit my dad for the first time since Easter. I can't wait! I hope I can go swimming somewhere too. *sigh* dreams of swimming...
